This proposal was written as part of Midstate's Security's efforts to secure a contract to install a video visitation system.

This emerging technology uses state of the art video technology to facilitate visitation with inmates in Michigan's Kent County Jail.  Using this technology, inmates visitations are conducted via video conferencing, either at the facility or over a broadband internet connection.
